Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I haven't seen it often, but the recycle bin can be reset if it's not acting right. I have an external drive. Will the deleted files show up in the C drive recycle bin? Right now nothing does. Bin folder. Bin for example. You can decide if recycling is allowed on an external drive by right-clicking your Recycle Bin and choosing Properties. I updated the answer and confirmed that the behavior is the same when there is only one drive, and multiple partitions.
